Nkandla Agricultural Offices

Nkandla Agricultural Offices Project is a replacement building project. A redevelopment of new offices for the Department of Agriculture Rural Development. The office building comprises 30 offices, a meeting room, a boardroom and ancillary spaces (tea kitchens, stores, a server room and ablutions).

There is also an external store building with 2 store rooms.
There are 31 parking bays, including 2 for disabled users, and 2 tractor bays. Services include an overhead water tank, new electrical connection and a septic tank with soakaway and evapotranspiration area.
